How much does it cost?
Plans start from £79 a month. What’s right for you depends on your site and what it needs, and I’ll always be clear about what’s included before you commit to anything.
What happens if my website goes down?
It’s very unlikely to. The hosting I use has a 100% uptime record on HetrixTools, an independent monitoring service, so your site stays online and available. If anything ever does need attention, it’s monitored and sorted quickly.
Can I make changes to my website myself?
You can, but the whole point is that you don’t have to. Small edits are included, so you can just send them over and I’ll handle them, keeping your site consistent and properly looked after while you get on with running your business.
What counts as a small edit?
Things like updating your text, swapping an image, adding a new team member or changing your opening hours. Bigger jobs like new pages or design changes are quoted separately, and I’ll always tell you upfront which is which.
Does this include SEO?
Your plan includes basic reporting so you can see how your site’s performing, including how it’s showing up in search. Actively improving your rankings is a separate service, which is ongoing work in its own right. Do I have to host my website with you?
For a support plan, yes. Hosting it myself means I can keep everything updated, backed up and secure properly, rather than working around a setup I don’t control. It’s what makes the plan work.
Can I cancel if I want to?
Yes. Plans run month to month with no long tie-in. You own your website, and if you ever want to move it elsewhere I’ll help with the handover. I’d rather you stayed because it’s working than because you’re stuck.
